Carsted Rosenberg Expands Banking & Finance Practice
Carsted Rosenberg Advokatfirma is expanding its banking and finance practice as Dr. Andreas Tamasauskas is joining the practice. Andreas is recognised by Chambers and Partners as one of the up and coming experts on Danish banking and finance law. Having completed his Ph.D. in banking and finance law at the Centre for Financial Law at Copenhagen Business School, he has worked as a Danish associate at Allen & Overy in London and as a partner and head of banking at a number of leading Danish law firms before joining Carsted Rosenberg Advokatfirma in Copenhagen. Andreas brings a wealth of cross-border transactional experience and academic excellence to the firm’s already strong banking practice.

Carsted Rosenberg Advised on Danish Acquisition
Carsted Rosenberg Advokatfirma advised Green Park Partners, a UK based principal investment firm, on certain financing aspects of the successful acquisition of the two remaining divisions of machine manufacturer Kongskilde Industries A/S from the DLG Group, the largest agricultural supply company in Europe. Green Park Partners will acquire Kongskilde Industries’ two divisions: the Industry Division, which makes system solutions to a diverse range of industries, and the Grain Division, which produces grain silos and grain transport systems. With the sale of Kongskilde Industries, the DLG Group has completed its plan to sell the companies that are not part of the core business of supplying farmers with feed from its own factories, exporting seed and feed, and milling grain. Other advisers to the parties on the transaction included Accura, Horten and Bruun & Hjejle.
