Michael Rosenberg practises in the field of banking & finance law, with a primary focus on cross-border finance transactions. He advises international and domestic banks, financial institutions, private equity funds and corporates on all aspects of financing, including syndicated and bilateral bank lending, acquisition finance and capital markets. In addition, he acts for Danish and foreign  private equity funds and companies on Danish corporate law matters, mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments in a variety of sectors. He has a particular expertise in acting as local counsel for Denmark on large-scale cross-border transactions and has consistently been recommended by the Legal 500 for banking & finance law. Prior to founding Carsted Rosenberg LLP, he gained considerable international experience from previous positions with Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy, Watson, Farley & Williams and Danske Bank.
