BIOGRAPHY
Andrew Beejay practises in the field of banking & finance law, with a primary focus on debt capital markets, securitisation and structured finance transactions. He advises international and domestic banks, financial institutions, funds and corporates on all aspects of debt capital markets, incuding MTN and CP programmes, PFI refinancings, Convertibles and Tender Offers and Consent Solicitations.
Prior to joining Carsted Rosenberg as a consultant and of Counsel, he gained considerable international experience from previous positions with Clifford Chance, Herbert Smith Freehills and Slaughter & May. Andrew provides knowledge and professional skills services to the firm on capital markets matters as a non-practising solicitor and of counsel on capital markets.
