BIOGRAPHY

 

Olav Balslev is both an interpreter and a translator, working with Danish, English, German, Bengali and Swedish. In addition, Mr. Balslev speaks fluently French, Hindi, Spanish, and basic Mandarin. 

 

Since 2011, Mr. Balslev has been a consultant to Carsted Rosenberg Advokatfirma as a translator for the purposes of translating financial, corporate and legal documentation in connection with cross-border financial transactions. Mr. Balslev has  a solid expertise in the translation of corporate and financial documentation in the context of financial law transactions with a firm grasp of the required specialist vocabulary and linguistic nuances.

 

He is recognised as a leading expert on corporate finance translations and regularly acts for international and domestic banks, financial institutions, private equity funds and corporates on transactional and compliance translation engagements.
