At Carsted Rosenberg we regularly act as process agent in Denmark for issuers on cross-border bond issuances or for the borrower in connection with cross-border credit facilities. We are experienced with the requirements for capital markets transactions and provide the necessary process agents services as an ancillary service in cooperation with the issuers' lead counsel.

Fur the purposes of the transaction, we will issue an appointment letter and a fee letter setting our our terms and conditions of the appointment under each transaction. The appointment letter serves to fulfill the conditions precedent to the transaction. Upon conclusion, we issue a closing binder with the full suite of documentation to the finance parties and remain at hand to resolve any issues that may arise, including subsequent mergers or changes to the parties.
