The funding was provided by Korean institutional investors. Mastern Investment Management holds more than USD 25 billion assets under managment spread over 191 real estate assets globally.
The team advising the Korean investors was lead by Clifford Chance, Frankfurt and included Clifford Chance, Düsseldorf, Clifford Chance, Luxembourg, and Carsted Rosenberg, with Lee & Co for Korea. Carsted Rosenberg advised as Danish counsel on the Danish aspects of the transaction.
