Carsted Rosenberg Advises B Treasury Capital AB on OTC Markets Admission

Carsted Rosenberg is pleased to announce that it has advised B Treasury Capital AB ("BTC"), a Swedish investment company focused on Bitcoin, on its admission to trading on the OTC Markets in the United States. Trading commenced today, Monday, 8 December 2025, under the ticker symbol XBTAF.

BTC's Class B shares are primarily listed on the Spotlight Stock Market in Sweden and are also traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The admission to the OTCID market is a strategic step to broaden the company’s investor base and facilitate access for U.S. investors, allowing them to trade BTC shares in U.S. Dollars during North American market hours through standard brokerage accounts.
