Carsted Rosenberg advised the shareholders of Freezertech on the acquisition of the company by Carsoe. Grimsby-based Freezertech is a leading supplier of horizontal and vertical plate freezers for the fishing and food processing industry. The company was acquired by Aalborg-based Carsoe A/S, a leading supplier of on-board food processing solutions for the shipping industry.

The company was advised by lead counsel Wilkin Chapman and by Carsted Rosenberg as local counsel for Denmark. The purchaser was advised by DLA Piper.
