Carsted Rosenberg Advises on Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG EUR 205,400,000 High Yield Bond

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG successfully issued EUR 205,400,000 German-law governed 8.00% high-yield bonds due 2022.

Cravath Swaine & Moore and Hengeler Müller advised BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, HSBC, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, DZ Bank and IKB Deutsche Industriebank lead by Deutsche Bank, on the bond issue.

The new notes are listed on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and were admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Clifford Chance previously represented Heidelberg on its 2011 and 2013 issuances of high-yield notes and Carsted Rosenberg asisted as local counsel for Denmark in relation to the transaction. In total, the transaction spanned a total of 24 jurisdictions and required a close cross-border coordination world-wide.
